A thrill-packed melodrama of Dying aces, foreign spies, and modern romance, "Crack-Up" the Twentieth Century-Fox picture which opens at the Queen's Thea- tre to-day, is pulse-quickening entertainment that keeps specta tors on the edges of their seats, with its fast-action and suspense, right up to the exciting surprise climax.
The story opens at the christen- ing of a giant plane, désigned to pioneer trans-Atlantic travel ser- vice. Ralph Morgan, builder of the planc; Brian Donlevy, famous ace who is to fly it: Thomas Beck, his co-pilot: and Peter Lorre, half- made cripple, mascot of the air- port, are present.
