The new constitution in India formed the subject of the weekly talk on "World Affairs" broadcast from Daventry through 2BW last night. The speaker was Mr. H. V. Hodson.
Mr. Hodson said that April 1. 1937, was the date fixed for the New Provincial Constitution. The elections were held all over India
