Wharves Kowloon Whampoa Docks, Cements, Dairy Farms and all Utility shares con- tinue in good demand at enhanced prices. H.K. & Shanghi Hotels, stimulated by dividend prospects. have also strengthened.
There was a slight set back in mnost issues of the Philippine Mining section, but the market ap pears to have steadied somewhat at the close.
