Tse. Fuk, trading as the Kwong Fat Cheung grocery „firm, No. 37, Bing Wo Road Wongnelchung, was the plaintiff before the Chlef Justice. Sir Atholl MacGregor, at the Supreme Court yesterday in an action against the Wo Fung firm, No. 2, Tap Cheung Street.. Wongneichung, alleging that on November 25, the defendants by their servants or agents wrong- fully broke and entered into the plaintiffs shop and seized. their stock-in-trade goods and effects.
