Mr. Quo Tai-chi with other Am- bassadors and Ministers except the newly appointed Portuguese, Ben- hor Monteiro, and Ministers of Panama. Rumania and Iraq, who were received yesterday, presented their credentials to the King at Buckingham Palace.
This is the fourth time Mr. Quo Tai-chi has presented his creden- tial, twice to King George V, the second time when he was raised to rank of Ambassador. Mr. Quo was not accompanied to-day by other embassy omcials.
