Revenue Ofeer W. Ward, testi- fied that he headed a party that raided 56, Queen's Road. West, third floor, on January 25 at 9 am. On entering the premises he found de- tendant asleep in a cubicle. DEFENDANT'S STORY

He slept on board and had gone to the address in Queen's Road be cause an old woman, Chan Ho, had asked him to deliver a package to the country. He arrived at the address about 8.16 a.m., and the woman was not in.
