Let us suppose for a moment that in Great Britain, where the Communist party has been getting busy lately, the communists should try, to put into practice the same infamies and atrocities that were perpetuated in Russia and Spain, such as the destruction of trea- sures of art, historical monuments, violence of women, incendiarism, wholesale murder, etc, causing blood to dow coplously in the land..
Let us suppose again that in or. der to put an end to these out- rages, a fascist regime is establish ed, being the only system of gov. ernment capable of restoring ar der, and calling a halt to the wholesale destruction of every- thing that is held dear and sacred to the British people. MISCONDUCT CASES Concerning our own referees, I am sorry to see that we are getting far too many misconduct cases in League football, and I am sure that it is not all the fault of the player.
I feel that there is a lack of co- operation between player and re- feree that is so necessary if we are to have the correct type of foot- ball played in the Colony.

How can this be accomplished? you may as well ask.
How often do you see a referee award a free kick for what appears to be a nasty foul and then do nothing else? Surely a word in the offender's ear would assist him in refraining from repeating the offence. There would be no need to stop the game and point a waiving anger at him, but he could. be told in a friendly manner that sach play will not be tolerated. Actions such as these, I am sure would go quite a long way in at taining that co-operation I have just mentioned..."
Do not think for a moment that I am criticizing the Referees' inter“ pretations of the Laws of the Game, I give all of you full marks for the manner in which you handle matches from the point of view of fact and law. All I ask is that you keep in more closer and personal contact with the player.
