For nearly two years and, seven months the rubber restriction scheme has been in force, and looking back over this period it is generally considered that the com- mittee in charge have done their work well. There was some dis- appointment in the past that the measures adopted had not led to a sufficient increase in the price to offset the reduced export quotas.
