SPORT FIXTURES FOR WEEK-END
(Continued from Page 11)
The Royal Welch Fusillers have been picked to play the Police this week-end and should, therefore, have su easy time. Recreto. has been. strengthened by the inclusion' af N. Beltrao and B. Gosano and they should make Recreio évenly matched against their opponents. THE "KILLERS" FAVOURED The Athletics will prove an easy match for St. Joseph's whose rt- cent defeat of Bouth China "A" has put them in the "killer" class Kowloon C. and Eastern will have An even tussle but the general opinion is that Kowloon C. will get the edge over the latter.

Indar Singh, interviewed by a "Daily Preas" representative last night, stated that at 4 o'clock yes-place, terday afternoon he received a let- ter from his son. Immediately on receipt of the letter his suspicions were aroused that his son might have left the Colony aboard the s.s. Sirdhana which sailed for the North on Thursday at 6 p.m. The letter had been posted at the Kow- loon Post Office.
Indar Singh communicated with bis friends and shortly before 8.30 p.m. last night it was decided to send the following wireless message to the Captain of the xs. Sirdhana:
"Indian boy, Sham Singh, be lieved on board. Ran away withi $2,500. Please detain and reply."
Inder Singh told our representa- tive that the letter was worded to the effect that his son had enough money and that he would be all right. He wished his father good luck and added that he would see him later and that he would write every week,
