Regarding the Ford car, witness stated that Mr.Silva-Netto had requested the plaintiff to replace the tyres and that the job was to be done in a hurry as the car was needed. Plaintiff refused to do so. As a result plaintiff was dismissed on October 31 and was paid a full month's salary.

He was also, told to go to the tug Eagle to fetch the tyres. He went to the tug but was informed by a foki that they had not brought the tyres from West Point.
