This was. accounted for by the fact that a number of the exhibitors were away from the Colony. The Chairman announced that a new member had joined in the person of Mr. F. Gellion, of Macao, who was stated to have a collection of some 35,000 stamps.
The next meeting will be held on December 17 when the election of officers will take place.
