KIUNGCHOW RECEPTION
Residents of Kiungchow at Can- ton are making preparations to give Mr. Soong a reception at the Municipal Tangpu on November 23. as he is a native of that dis- trict. Mr. Soong 18 understood be making a trip to Hainar Island, Kiungshow. to ascertain the fes- sibility of developing its natural resources.
