Range Crowded Again
First Sunday Shoot
The Hong Kong Rife Association held its frat. Sunday Spoon and Practice Shoot of the season yester day when nearly eighty members assembled in the morning on the naval range at Stonecutters, and
competed for the usual spoons, under the "King's" First Stage conditions.
In spite of the fact that units of the Regular Army and the Volun-1 teers were away in camp, the range was crowded, and although every target was in use, it was with con siderable difficulty that shooting Night Editor (Wanchal Office): was completed in the time avail- able. only five inches in diameter, it will be readily agreed that such a score la a very meritorious 'one, and one, moreover, which is seldom made.
Another indication of the keen- ness which is now being displayed as regards rifle-shooting is that the number of members who have now qualified for a handicap is. over 250, a noteworthy agure when
