Hong Kong. Nov. 17. Silver prices dropped 1/4 yes- terday for 'both deliveries, the quotations being 21 1/16 for Ready and Forward.. Silver advices re- ported India as having operated both ways. China sold. Buyers were satisfied. After the official Axing India was a further buyer and business was done at 21 1/8 for Spot. In America the rate was unchanged at 45 1/2 for Spot.
