"His Brother's Wife is the title of the daring picture which is showing at the King's theatre to day, with the attractive co-starring team of Barbara Stanwyck- and Robert Taylor,
The play of human emotions under tremendous strain has seldom been. more powerfully drawn on the screen. A capacity audience yesterday, attested to the power of the theme and the ar- tistry of the players, nor did it overlook the remarkably brilliant work of the director. W. 8. Van Dyke.

The question whether the con- tents of an articles in a Sunday newspaper headed "What the Stars" Foretel" came within the mischief of Section 4 of the Vagrancy Act 1824, was discussed before Lord Hewart and Justices du Parcg and Goddard, in a King's Bench Divi- sional Court recently.
The article was written by Mr. R. C. Naylor in the "Sunday Ex- press," and against him a sum- mons had been issued by Mr. Maurice Barbanell, editor of the "Psychic News," alleging that he was " person who pretended or professert to tell fortunes."
