Berlin, November 13.

The Germans arrested in Moscow include Thimig, head of "Labor Leo," the Moscow branch of a Dresden Arm in Leaweke believed to be the only foreign Concession left in Moscow. The other director of the Branch, a Lithuanian named Ratz, was also arrested leaving the Branch without a management.

The new wave of arrests is be- ieved to be the prelude to a monster trial wherein Wyshinski will again conduct the prosecution.
