Comprehensive Programme For Hong Kong - Ceremonies And Services

Hong Kong's, observance Armistice Day to-day will be on similar lines as in past years.
The Two Minutes Bilence will be observed at the "Cenotaph where. there will be a special service in commemoration of those who gave up their lives, for their country in the great war. The silence will be at 11a.m. following which high officials, representatives of or ganisations and members of the public will lay wreaths at the base of the memorial.
At 1145 am there will be a ceremony at the Chinese Memorial Gate, Botanic Gardena,

· At 10.50 a.m. this morning there' will be a relay of the Service of Remembrance from the Cenotaph with a short descriptive commen- tary by Mr, K. Stuart-Smith.
At 6.20 p.m. local listeners will bear a descriptive tall relayed from Whitehas, London., At 625 p.m. a relay will commence of the Service of Remembrance from the Cenotaph. The music will be sup- plied by the combined bands of the Brigade of Guards. There will be a short service conducted' by the Bishop of London (Right Rev. Dr. A. F. Winnington-In- gram).
St. Dunstan's Growing Needs
New Holiday Home At Rottingdean
Blinded soldiers," sailors. and airmen under the care of" St Dunstan's are to have a new Con- valescent and Holiday Home at Rottingdean. It will replace the present home at Brighton which is Inadequate for the growing needs of the organisation.
There will be 130 beds for the men, and suitable accommodation for the staff, as well as a chapės, lounges and a winter garden, în a modern six-storey building of fireproof steel and concrete. It is hoped to complete the Home in the autumn `of' 1937.'
