The Athletics scored a deserving win against the disappointing Nary side by a splitary goal on the Causeway Bay ground on Saturday. Wolverson, the Navy left-back. appeared to be the only member of the "losing side with any sense of direction in his kicking. and gave an outstanding display. Although The Navy proved to be somewhat. disorganized throughout, their de- fence stoutly resisted the Chinese attack who were allowed to reach their objective only but a half a dozen times.

The winners telded a nippy cen- tre forward who was well support- ed by his inside men. The Chinese goal was scored by Lee Tak-kee in the first session of the game.
