The Italian Government's reply to the note of the Committee for the Application of an Agreement regarding non-intervention in Spain reached the Italian Embassy in London late last. night and was handed over to Lord Plymouth, the acting chairman of the Committee.
The note rejects the accusations brought against Italy of infractions of the agreement The second Italian note brings charges of breaches of agreement against the Soviet Government. These communications, together with the German reply to the Committee's note, will come before the meeting of the Committee this afternoon. It is possible that the Portuguese reply may also arrive in London in time for consideration at this meeting-British Wireless
