Canton, Oct. 19. It is reported from reliable sour- ces that Civil Governor Wang Mo-chung, has fixed November 4 as the date for his departure for Hong Kong to return the courtesy call of H. E. Sir Andrew Calde- cott, Governor of Hong Kong, and that he may stay in Hong Kong for a few days' before returning.
