Heavy Damage Sustained
Damage estimated.. at several hundreds of dollars was austained" as the result of an outbreak of fire at Nos. 6 and 6s Kau U-Fong, near Wellington. Street, at 1 pm. yesterday afternoon, when the first floors of both flats were totally de- molished from the ravages of fre and water.
The fire was got under control a half later after an hour and four. Fire Brigade appliances and their crews had fought the dames. The other floors on both premises were not affected by the flames, but suxered damage from water.
