of the Balatoc drain tunnel pro ject. Mr. Hezzelwood was engaged to superintend the construction of small pliot mill for Cabit. This pilot mill arrived in Manila some time ago, and was sent to Cabit to be constructed.
After making an examination of the property, however, Mr. Hezzel- wood reported that there was no ore body at Cabit as had been re- ported previously. He did not con- struct the pilot mill, and resigned, He has been in Manila during the past week, and is expected to an- nounce a new mlaing connection

enormous deposit of low grade ore has been reported on the Cablt property by the consulting engineer. From time to time re- ports have been published showing good assays.
ASSAY REPORTS
In a letter dated April 21. 1936. adoress to Robert Hill, secretary- treasurer of the company, C. H. Sleeper, one of the unit holders re- ported that on` samples taken at various points the following results were found by assay: $9.00; $4.13:
$2.48: $2.48: $3.72; $34.73: 810.75: $1.65; $9.09; $4.13; 7.83.
Assays reported by Mr, von Het- ber have run as high as $37.80, ac- cording to reports made to the unit holders. The average assays of samples have been low, most of them being under $5.00 (presum- ably old price).
