The directors of the Gold Wave Exploration Company have decidea to sell 386,000 shares of stock at 10 centavos a share, F.-A., Schwab president, said this week. The company has been unable to sell this stock before because of its being under par, he stated.
The sale of this stock will put over P40,000 in the company's treasury" for the purpose of deve loping the strike made recently on the O. K. vein. This vain was re- cently cut by a tunnel 30 feet be- low the old Igorot workings, where high grade was found.
