London, July 4. The King has commanded that the India General Service Medal with clasp "North West Frontier. 1935." shall be granted, provided the claims are approved by the Air Council, to the personnel of the Royal Air Force who took part In the Loe-Agra operations be- tween February 23, 1935, and April 13, 1935, both dates inclu- sive.
Individuals previously awarded the medal will receive the clasp only. The grant of the medal or clasp will not be made in respect of visits to the sphere or opera. tions or of service of a temporary nature.
A nominal roll of personnel who were engaged in the operations has been prepared and submitted to the, Air Ministry by the AO.C., R.A.F., India, and all officers and airmen referred to thereon wit in due course receive a form of application for the medal or clasp from their present C.O., for those still serving in India: direct
from the Air Ministry for officers not now serving' in India; or from the officer in charge, RAF Records, for airmen not DOW serving in India.
