Another case involving private car No. 2108 was also heard before Mr. W. Schofield at the Central Court yesterday but this time Lieut. P. de N, Ramus. RA. was the defendant. He was charged with (1) having falled to drive on the correct side of the road in Queen's Road East near the Naval Armament Depot at about 1.45 p.m. on April 24; (2) drove with- out due care and caution along Lockhart Road at about 1.47 p.m on the same day.
