Arising from a collision between two motor cars, at the corner of Nathan and Cameron Roads, Kow- loon, on November 28, a claim and counter-claim for damages were heard before Mr. Justice Hayden in the Summary Court yesterday.
Damages of $4160 were claimed by Mak Pak-yuen from Edmund Walter Beatham, of Austin Road. Kowloon.
