By the death, which occurred on Sunday night at his residence in Kimberley Road, Kowloon, of Mr. Wong Kwong Tin, an un- official Justice of Peace, at the age of 57, all sections of the local Chinese community have suffered a distinct loss of one of its most public-spirited and most able leaders. Mr. Wong Kwong Tin had been for eight months.
