A petition has been presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by Baron Clinton for the appoint- ment of a judicial factor to the estate of James Boswell of Au- chinleck. The petitioner, who is the proprietor of Fettercairn states that in or about the year 1931 there were discovered in Fet- tercairn House great numbers of documents which form the sub- ject-matter of this application to the Court.
