The Annual Meeting of the Hong Kong Boy Scouts Associa- tion was held yesterday at the Church Hall of St. John's Cathe- drai, His Excellency Sir Andrew Caldecott, the Chief Scout, was in the chair supported, by the Rev. N. V. Halward, Colony Com- missioner. Mr. E. Cock, President of the Association, Mr. C. Champkin, Deputy Commissioner and Mr. D. A. Pockson, Hon. Secretary.
Among others present were Lady Southors, the Hon. Mr. T. H. King, the Hon. Sir Shonson Chow, the Hon Sir Wm. Shenton, His Hon. Mr. Justice R. E. Lindsell, Dr. R. H. Kotewall, and Mr. G. R. Sayer.
His Excellency in opening the meeting called upon the Presi dent to read the report and accounts for the past year.
