VAGRANT CHARGED

On a charge of being a vagrant, a one armed Indian, Mohamed 38 years who spoke Din, aged fluent Chinesa, appeared before Mr. Balfour at the Central Magis truay on Saturday and was cont- mitted to the House of Detention.
