AN ERROR IN JUDGMENT

Holding that the defendant was guilty of an error of judgment, Mr. W. M: Thorson' imposed fites totalling $25 on Miss Gertle Chan, of 161 Waterloo Road, who appeared before him at the Kowloon" Magistracy yesterday on remanded summons relating to an accident which occurred on September 9. It will be recalled that defendant while driving car No. 1093 injured, a woman standing near a bus stop in Waterloo Road, and knocked down a cyclist.
