Shangha, Sept. 23.
Sir Frederick Leith-Ross, accom- panied by Mr. E. Hall-Patch who, it is understood, will remain in Chins after Sir Frederick's tour is finished, as Financial Adviser to the British Embassy, left last night for Nanking where he will have conversations with Mr. Wang Ching-we! and Dr. H.
