Mr. Chang Cheh-Yao, an expert of the National Economic Coun- cil, has returned from Sikang where he made a study of the newly- discovered oil deposits.
A small quantity of oil brought back by the Chinese expert has been tested in Shanghai, and it is understood that the results are fairly satisfactory.
