Geneva, Sept 5. The secret session of the League of Nations Council was of very short duration. In League circle it is declared that Italy Protested against the proposed composition of the committee to examine the charges against Abys-
sinia.
It was originally proposed" that the committee would consist of delegares from France, England.. Turkey, Poland and. Spain, Russia was asked to participate but Lit- vinoff refused.
