It is officially announced that M. Boulsson has consented to form a Cabinet in succession to the Flaädin Government. The forma-

tion was ensured by the decision hof the "Radicals to participate in

the new Government.

M. Boulsson visited President Lebrun in the evening to report progress. and It is expected that he will complete his Cabire in the early hours of Saturday.

The decision of the Radicals, which was almost unanimous, was reached after M Bouisson had given an assurance that he would use the plenary powers solely `to defend the franc, restore, the Anan- cial and economic situation, and respect the prerogative, of Parlia-
