In the course of the meeting Mr. H. C. Macnamara queried whether the ground which is to be lent to the military author- ities for other forms of sports is to be kept in good condition after play. Shanghai, May 20 The birthday of His Majesty King George V on June 3 will bå marked in Shanghai by a parade in the morning at Polo Ground on the Race Course by the 1st. The Inniskilling Fusiliers, under the command of L-Col. N. F. Hammond-Smith, will be formed up in line in the field of parade in the Recreation Ground at 7.45 a.m. in readiness to receive the inspecting officer.
