The appointment of Captain Ernest Edkia, - Q.B.E., R.D., K.N.R., az Aide-de-Camp to the King is in auccession to Captain Richard Harrison, D.8.0., R.D., H.N.R., who retires from the active fist after nearly 40 years service in the Royal Naval Reserve. It was in July 1916. that a naval AD.C. to the King was appointed from the R.N.R., the first officer to hold this distinction being. Eaptain: H.

Major Crable joined The Röyai Scots Graye in 1912 and in France was adjusted of the Bedfordshire Yeomanry and G,5.0.3 with the 1st Cavalry Division. He cbtained his majority in 1925, transferred to the Reserve of Officers, and took duty with The Yorkshire Dragoons at Doncaster in 1926.

Majar Good is the senior in his regiment, being a major of 1937. He served in France and Egypt, continued with the Hull battalion on coming home, was promoted captain, and received the brevet major.
