Berlin, Mar. 2. The Reichsbank return for February 28 issued on Saturday reveals as the most striking fea ture the considerable increase in the note issue which, however, has no cause for, wonder seeing that on the one hand the return was made up on the last day of the month when the Reichsbank resources were heavily drawn on to effect the monthly settlements and on the other the franc notes in the Baar territory were ex- changed for Reichsmarks, Gold- stock increased 0.1 million marks to 801, while foreign currencies were unchanged at 45, making the total increase of 0.1 to 847:
