MEDAL
A British Empire & China Trade Fate is being orangan... ed to take place in Hong Kong this year. I will be held on the space of open ground to East of the Peninsula Hotel, ut the corner of Nathan and Salsbury Roads, where a special semi-permanent Buliding will be erected. This space has been granted, rent free, for the purpose by the Hong Kong Govern- ment.
The Fair is to open on Monday, December 2nd, and the Anal day will be Saturday, December 28th.
DOMINIONS HELP ANTICIPATED
This project bas the entire sympathy of the Hong Kong Government and Its practical support. In addition to the granting of the free use of the valuable site, it is making a Cash- grant of $2,000 to assist the en- terprise. The Governments cf New Zealand, Australia, Africa. India, Canada and Great Britain have also been advised, and it is hoped that 4 very
encouraging response will be forthcoming.
