Allegations Of Misconduct Against Ship's Officer
At the Marine Court of Inquiry, yesterday, allegations of by interfering with the safe navigation of the ship, Alscondu

Giving evidence: Capt. Talbot said that the Lee Hong left Hong Kong for Canton at 10 p.m. on December 28 last. He was on the bridge and was relleved by Mr. Johnston at 10.45 p.m. He then went down to inspect below to see 1 everything was all right. He went to bed at 11.30 p.m., leaving the Chief Officer (Mr. Johnston) in charge. At 11.47. he was awakened by the ringing of the telegraph. He jumped out of bed and saw that the ship was in a fog. He dressed and went up to the wheel-house.
