Highlanders For Cameron

Glasgow, Oct. 17.

A Glasgow club for members of the " Queen'b · Own " Cameron Highlanders was formally opened by Major-Genëral N. J. G. Gameron, the colonel of the regiment. The premises are situated, at 30 Elm- bank Crescent.

Prior to the openter of the club Major-General Cameron ínspécted a guard of honour which was drawn up outside the premises under the command of Captain John Cameron and Sergeant-Major J. Ross. The guard of honour was

composed of over a hundred ex members of the regiment, and included eight Tel-el-Kebir yeter- ans. On the arrival of the Major- General Pipe-Major Peter Fleming played the general salute and ät the opening ceremony he piped the Build-March of the Cameron Men."
