At the fortnightly meeting or the Sanitary Board yesterday. it was decided that the licenses of the special food licensees in the Immediate vicinities of the four new markets (the Fa Yuen Market the Tong MI Road Market, the Ar. senal Street Market and the Bow- rington Canal Market) 'be cancell ed as from December 31; 1934 and that they be allotted stalls in them. The proposal which was mived by the President, Mr. R. A. D. For rest was as follows:
