The Harbour Master has issued a notice to mariners to the effect that the Master of the British Steamer, the Tsinan, had reported having, sighted a derelict motor-

boat, while he was on his voyage

to this port.

The position of the derelict, which is considered to be a danger to navigation, is given as Latitude 24 degrees, 22 minutes North, and Longitude 118 degrees, 34 minutes East."
