Sterling was done at 1/7 3/18 for the second half of October. for October and for cash and at 1/7 7/32 for November. January delivery was done at 1/7 5/10 Collars were dealt in at 39 13/16 for the second half of October. The market for Sterling closed with sellers at 1/1.5/32 for cash, 1/7 316 for October, buyers -- at -1/7 1/32. Dollars, sellers 39 3/4 for near, 39 13/16 second half October, near buyers at 39 13/16.
