Joe playing the part of an art- less youth, is induced to step on the board through a misapprehen- sion, but manages to stick on by luck and finally topples into the water through sheer awkwardness.

Joe's ungalainess is stimulated for pleture purposes, and when he plunges into the water it is really his skilled diving that makes it appear to be a fancy accident.

THIS MAN IS

Showing At The King's

If you are a neglected wife, or a straying husband who seeks love. and understanding everywhere but at home, you will find your problem picturized and-solved in the RKO-Radio- comedy-drama, "This Man Is Mine" in which Irene Dunn is starred and which is now at the King's Theatre..

The story, which is said to be based on the findings of modern psychologists, deals with a phase of American home life that is all too frequent, that in which the husband and wife are continuing to live together solely from force of habit, all the ardour gone from their original love. It then sug- gests a highly radical cure for this deplorable condition by showing how a courageous young wife and mother snapped her husband out of his lethargy by deliberately throwing him at a siren in the hope of, causing him to become surfeited with her pseudo-love.

Miss Dunne is supported by e brillant cast which includes Ralph Bellamy Constance Cummings, Kay Johnson, Sidney, Blackner, Charles Starrett, Louis Mason and Vivian Tobin. John Cromwell directed.

That's the key to the dashing comedy-drama starring Douglas Fairbanks, with Bebe Daniels as the heroine which will be showing at the Oriental Theatre on Friday and Saturday.

Ultra-modern and sophisticated, brillant in fashiotis, settings and comedy.

It anticipated the trend two years hence and has backgrounds of a modernistic nature created by William Cameron Menzles.
