Berlin, July 1. Goebbels who accompanied Hit- ler from Bonn to Munich and re- mained at the leader's side throughout the whole action, ad- dressed the nation on Sunday in a broadcast speech, giving an ad- count of his own impressioris of the "events from start to Anish.
