First Account of
His Death
Shanghal, June 2 The first complete account of the death of Mr. Arthur Graham' Dovey, late manager of Messra. D. Sassoon and Co. of Shanghal bas Just been received.
According to this account, Ma. Dovey was found dead, in a first class compartment of the Calcutta Mail, when the train arrived at Victoria Terminus, Bombay. May . His death, it was found subsequently, was due to heart failure.
On

Sequel To Last Night's Thunderstorm
· The thunderstorm last night, accompanied by the heavy rain was responsible for a serious landslide at Salwanho where a family uf four, a mother and three sons, were the victinus.
It appears that at the height of the storm, a fairly large piece of rock above their home, which is situated on the hillside at Salwanho, about a couple of hundred feet above sea level, was dislodged. The rock came rolling down in the direction of the house and carried with it a large quantity of mud, which caused the partial collapse of their home. All four' were buried in the debris.
