A Chinese named Chan Shun fala teturned banishee, pleaded guilty before Mr. Wynne-Jones at the Kowloon Magistracy on Satur- day morning to breach of his Deportation Order.
It was stated by the Police that the accused was banished from the Colony on 1933, for a period of ten years, but was seen and ar- rested in Temple Street, Yaumati by a Chinese detective last Friday evening.
When being questioned, the de- fendant told the Court that he re- turned to the Colony to ask his
