As a result of win- ning the championship on more occasions than the other clubs of the Colony for the shield, they had now captured it outright, but 22 Mr. J. M. Dyer, a member of the Club, had kindly offered a similar trophy to the Cricket, League for competition in the same division.
Mr. Arcul also congratulated 15 Messrs. S. A. and H. D. Rumjahin on winning the Open tennis dou- bles for the "tenth year in succes- sion.
