Private Wilkinson, of the East Lancashire Regiment, who Was responsible for the arrest of a man named Leung Kam who anatched a handbag from Mra Courly in Salisbury Road shortly after 8 o'clock on "Sunday night. was commended by Mr. Wynne- Jones yesterday.
It was stated by Detective Ser- geant Baker at the Kowloon Magistracy yesterday that. Mrs. Courly was walking outside the Alex Ross Motor Show-rooms in galisbury Road when defendant anatched her handbag, and ran *Way in the direction of the European Y.M.C.A.
